Order Duplicate Diploma

Duplicate diplomas will be reprinted with the original name of graduate and the current University administration. The fee is $35 per diploma. No request for a duplicate diploma will be ordered and/or released for any student with outstanding financial obligations to the University. Any graduate who would like to request a diploma reprinted with a different name should contact the Registrar’s Office. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing.

To order by mail with a check or money order, send a completed duplicate diploma order form and $35 check/money order payable to the University of Montevallo. A payment must be made at time of request. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing.
