Training and Development

The University of Montevallo offers a variety of training opportunities for its faculty and staff. These opportunities may be delivered through in-person workshops as well as web-based and/or slide-based training modules. The goal of these training opportunities is to provide a safe working environment and to promote excellence in job performance. In some instances, specific trainings are required in order to be compliant with state and federal regulations.

The University maintains a database for completion of training modules and attainment of certifications obtained by its employees. Therefore, upon completion of any training, attainment of certification, etc., please present proof of completion to the University’s Office of Human Resources:
