Room Board

If a student’s aid is greater than their charges, there will be an estimated credit balance. Students with an estimated credit balance will be eligible to purchase books and supplies at the campus bookstore from Monday, April 6 – Wednesday, July 8 according to the terms stated below. The amount allowed will be capped at the amount of the estimated credit balance, not to exceed $1,000.

Financial aid may be applied to student accounts at the beginning of April 2020.

Please be advised you may charge books as follows:

• May and Full term: Monday, April 6, 2020 – Tuesday, May 5, 2020.
• Summer I and Combined: Monday, May 18, 2020 – Wednesday June 3, 2020.
• Summer II: Monday, June 15, 2020 – Wednesday, July 8, 2020

Summer Deadlines

May

• May 4, 2020: Payment deadline by 5 p.m.
• May 4, 2020: Classes start
• May 4, 2020: Last day for refund for dropped course(s)
• May 13, 2020: Drop for non-payment (as payment deadline is by first day of term)
• May 22, 2020: Final exams

Full Term

• May 4, 2020: Payment deadline by 5 p.m.
• May 4, 2020: Classes start
• May 8, 2020: Last day for refund for dropped course(s)
• May 13, 2020: Drop for non-payment (as payment deadline is by first day of term)
• July 31, 2020: Final exams

Summer I

• June 1, 2020: Payment deadline by 5 p.m.
• June 1, 2020: Classes start
• June 2, 2020: Last day for refund for dropped course(s)
• June 2, 2020: Last day to change meal plan
• June 15, 2020: Drop for non-payment (as payment deadline is by first day of term)
• June 26, 2020: Final exams

Combined Term

• June 1, 2020: Payment deadline by 5 p.m.
• June 1, 2020: Classes start
• June 3, 2020: Last day for refund for dropped course(s)

Summer II
