BAKED FETA PASTA
(aka Tik Tok Pasta)

Supplies/Ingredients:
  • Medium-sized baking dish or large oven-proof skillet
  • 2 pt. cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 shallot
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1-8 oz. block of feta
  • 10 oz. pasta of choice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional add-ins: red pepper flakes, thyme, oregano, fresh spinach
