New Employee Account Set Up

Human Resources will contact you within 24 hours with your M#, User ID, and temporary password, allowing you to complete the following instruction:

First, complete the steps at the webpage below to log in to your Office 365 account.

• Open an Internet Browser and go to https://login.microsoftonline.com
• Enter your email address and click “Next”

• You will be redirected to DUO’s two-factor authentication site.

• Enter your email address and password. Click “Login”

• The DUO setup will ask you to set up different types of authentication.

• When the set up is complete, click “Continue to Login”

• Select a DUO authentication method.

• You will be redirected back to Office 365 Login and the Password Self Service Portal Setup.

• Setup the authentication methods for the Password Self Service portal.
• Click the “Set it up now” links

• After setup is complete you will be redirected to your Office 365 account.
